phcc6 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the phcc6 platform in any capacity — including but not limited to registering an account, depositing funds, participating in games, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the phcc6 platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses any part of the phcc6 website or services. Your continued use of phcc6 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

To access the full range of phcc6 services, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.

Each individual may hold only one (1) phcc6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account registration requires the following information:

• A valid Philippine mobile number (in +63 format)
• A valid email address
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A secure password meeting phcc6 minimum security requirements

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcc6 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phcc6 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. phcc6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You agree to use the phcc6 platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcc6 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phcc6 games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcc6 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

phcc6 reserves the right to monitor all platform activity for compliance with these Terms. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

phcc6 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your phcc6 account dashboard. phcc6 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected.

All funds deposited into your phcc6 account are held for gaming purposes only. phcc6 does not pay interest on player account balances. Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account terms at the time of registration.

phcc6 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your phcc6 account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not transferable.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• phcc6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. phcc6 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during those periods.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phcc6 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phcc6 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phcc6 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phcc6 software or technology.
• Use phcc6 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of phcc6 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcc6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phcc6 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phcc6 service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in platform content or game information.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the phcc6 platform.

The phcc6 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcc6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content.

phcc6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the phcc6 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

phcc6 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide our services, or as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy regulations.

phcc6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to phcc6, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. You may also voluntarily close your phcc6 account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phcc6 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who wish to escalate unresolved complaints may do so through the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channels.

phcc6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcc6 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phcc6 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the phcc6 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
